Classpeak first connects your class with the best match possible for a class according to various criteria such as age, average level of class and type of exchange the teacher is interested in. Once a matching class and teacher are found, the platform offers a personalized sequence of sessions with activities for the joint lessons and helps the teachers to schedule a time to meet. The teacher can then invite students to download the student app and join their class. Once the teacher begins a session and the students connect from their end, Classpeak automatically sets up conversations between students, reports possible problems to the teacher and provides scaffolds for the students. Finally, at the end of each session the teacher is provided with analytics on students’ speaking, including recordings.
